Anybody playing 8th edition?
« on: January 01, 2018, 04:49:53 PM »

So I finally got in my first game of 8th edition last night. While I kept it pretty basic because it had been years since I played, it wasn't bad at all. It seems to me like a lot of things have been streamlined and that's something I really find appealing. I guess at this point, it's time to start power reading books.

So who else is playing 8th Edition? What are your thoughts about it? Pros or cons? Will you be using this new rule set for beer and pretzels games, tournaments, or not at all?

I am also interested in learning how to play the new edition of WH40K.
I should probably get to reading as well, and check on the status of my Chaos Space Marines! (in a box, somewhere)

Really interested in hearing more feedback from our players...
