Greetings, and welcome to the site! I think we met at KantCon. My name is Adam and I was playing in the megabattle at KantCon 2010. The game ended up being a lot of fun, and the winning team was decided by the last few dice rolls in the last turn... very exciting!

Since you're in the Kansas area, check out the Store Events in your area, or check the Events Calendar for all your favorite games. There's usually WH40K or WHFB going on almost every night somewhere close.

If you're looking for a few beginner games, since you admit you're pretty new to WH40K, try posting a question in the Find A Game forum and you'll probably get at least one veteran gamer willing to help you learn. Remeber to have fun, that's what we're all about!

Thanks for the information I will have to make it to 31st century on of these days since I am only ten minutes away. Also I just wanted to say thank you to you guys for coming out to Kant Con. I know I appreciated seeing more wargames this year. I hope you will be back next year since we have decided to do it all again. This time you will have a little more warning. I have actually been playing for 3 years but have only manage to get 12 games in due to friends backing out. I have not read or played under the new rule set so I guess rusty would be a better term. Hope to throw down with some of you soon.
